"A real old-fashioned farm" is how Roshan describes Aubin Farm where she and Tim raise cattle, sheep, chickens and turkeys. They also manage a large market garden and greenhouse. The small mixed farm is able to sustain a "no waste, closed loop" practice by utilizing their livestock manure and composted garden waste. This eliminates the need for chemical fertilizers. Tim and Roshan believe that farmers must accept the responsibilities of environmental stewardship and make every effort to fulfill their obligation.

PRODUCTS
Grass-fed Hereford Beef, Suffolk-cross lambs finished on grass, free-range chickens and seasonal turkeys, variety of vegetables (including potatoes, garlic, greens, tomatoes, carrots, herbs) homemade samosas, pickles and chutneys.

"Une ferme typique du bon vieux temps" voilà comment Roshan décrit la Ferme Aubin où elle et Tim élèvent des bovins, des moutons, des poulets et des dindes. Ils exploitent aussi un grand jardin maraîcher et une serre. La petite exploitation agricole mixte est capable de maintenir une pratique "sans déchets, à boucle fermée", en utilisant le fumier du bétail et les résidus de jardinage compostés, ce qui élimine le besoin d'engrais chimiques. Tim et Roshan croient que les agriculteurs doivent assumer leurs responsabilités en ce qui a trait à la gérance environnementale et faire tous les efforts possibles pour remplir leur obligation.

Boeufs Hereford d'embouche, agneaux croisés Suffolk finis aux graminées, poulets en liberté et dindes de saison, variété de légumes (y compris pommes de terre, ail, verdures, tomates, carottes, herbes), samossas faits maison, cornichons et chutneys.
